1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Morath Sellin, registered in Selangor, Malaysia.
• "You / User / Participant" refers to any person accessing our website or enrolling in a programme.
• "Programme" refers to any educational course offered by Morath Sellin.
• "Materials" refers to workbooks, recorded sessions, case studies, and reference libraries provided as part of a programme.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enrol.

3. Service Description

Morath Sellin provides financial education programmes for adults in Malaysia. Our services include:

• First Impressions: Budget Composition (MYR 470)
• Set in Type: Investment Studies (MYR 1,960)
• The Long Edition: Retirement Planning (MYR 3,540)

Our programmes are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any regulated advisory service under Malaysian law. Participants are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for personalised guidance.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is completed when:

• You submit an enquiry and confirm your intent to enrol
• We confirm availability and provide payment details
• Full payment is received and confirmed by us

We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• Payment must be made in full prior to programme access being granted
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at enrolment
• We do not store payment card details

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date: 70% refund of programme fee
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start date: no refund
• Where Morath Sellin cancels a programme: full refund issued within 14 days
• Partial completion of a programme does not entitle the participant to a partial refund

7. Programme Delivery

Programmes are delivered through:

• Recorded study sessions accessible online
• Downloadable and/or printed workbooks and materials
• Optional facilitator sessions (for applicable programmes) by appointment

Morath Sellin reserves the right to modify delivery formats with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including workbooks, recordings, case studies, and reference texts — are the intellectual property of Morath Sellin. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted to enrolled participants for personal educational use only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials or programme access with others
• Record, reproduce, or redistribute programme materials
• Use programme content for commercial purposes
• Misrepresent Morath Sellin's materials as your own

10. Disclaimers

Morath Sellin provides educational content only. We do not:

• Recommend specific financial products or providers
• Provide regulated financial, investment, or legal advice
• Make representations about specific financial outcomes

Content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. Participants make all financial decisions independently and at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Morath Sellin's liability to any participant shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of our programmes or materials.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute:

• Parties will attempt informal resolution within 30 days of written notice
• Unresolved disputes will be referred to the courts of Selangor, Malaysia

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
